This simple, upcycled, mid-term rental property is the quintessential private retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of life outside its walls.
The oversized sliding glass doors that run nearly the entire width of the house provide exquisite light and access to the beautiful trees that fill the outside space. There is also a large deck for outdoor entertaining.
Everything in the house has been recycled or repurposed.
This inviting home offers an open-concept living area where the sofa, TV, and dining space seamlessly connect to the kitchen, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The simple kitchen provides adequate space and accouterment for those with a culinary bent. This secluded space has a large enough living area to invite a couple of friends over for an evening of cards or board games.
The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the full bathroom includes a pedestal sink and a tub/shower combination for convenience. A second room provides flexibility with a cozy daybed and a small desk, perfect for reading, relaxing, or catching up on work.
There is a washer and dryer for our guest's convenience.
The home stays comfortable year-round with two mini-split heat pump units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, ensuring a pleasant stay in any season.
If you are looking for a way to slow life down and take time to "smell the roses", this upscaled tune-out retreat is for you!
We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and basic supplies but please be prepared to provide your own supplies after the started set is used up!

House Rules
- Guest agrees to sign a guest agreement (for 29+ day stays Truvi process). Certain homes require a security deposit of up to $500.
- All Porch Light Vacation Rentals are smoke, vape and marijuana free properties (on and. in the property).
- Pets are allowed only at properties specified as pet-friendly. Pet fee or security hold applies.
- Guests making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be at the property during the entirety of the stay.
- No RV parking is allowed.
- Each property has maximum occupancy and maximum car limits and may have specific parking instructions. No outside guests are allowed without prior permission.
- Quiet hours are to be observed between 10 pm and 9 am.
- NO EVENTS and NO PARTIES of any kind are allowed.
Cancellation Policy
For stays shorter than 28 days:
- Cancel 30 days or more before arrival – receive a 100% refund
- Cancel 14 to 29 days before arrival – receive a 50% refund
- Cancel less than 14 days before arrival – no refund
For stays of 28 days or longer:
- The first 28 days of your stay follow the policy above.
- If you cancel after your stay has begun, any upcoming 30-day period is nonrefundable.
