Sound machines in bedrooms help mitigate minimal sound from bypass. There is a doorbell camera and an external security camera near the garage. There are two parking spaces available - one in the garage and one in the driveway. Please check pet policies and add your dog(s) to your reservation. There is a per stay dog fee of $60 for up to two dogs. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and our good neighbor commitment, as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so as soon after booking as is reasonable. This will enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a non-refundable security deposit ($10) or a non-refundable damage waiver ($35).
