Additionally, we partner with an amazing company that provides a guest-paid insurance policy that minimizes the homeowner’s expenses resulting from repairs needed due to guest accidents or negligence.
In stewarding the business that is your property, we believe in focusing on growth that includes striving ultimately for platform independence. Using strategic marketing to past guests and a targeted social media strategy, we aim to create a direct booking focused business for your property. Part of the process of working toward this goal is optimizing exposure through online booking platforms that are a good match for the property, utilizing dynamic pricing to balance occupancy and maximize nightly rates. Finally, we believe in full transparency in finances and utilize trust accounting methods.
