The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. A pull-out couch in the living room allows the home to sleep up to six guests. The fireplace, shown in the photos, is inoperable. Please check pet policies and add your dog(s) to your reservation. There is a per stay dog fee of $60 for up to two dogs. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and our good neighbor commitment, as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so as soon after booking as is reasonable. This will enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a non-refundable security deposit ($10) or a non-refundable damage waiver ($35).
